What if I need planning permission for a conversion/extension?We work alongside professional architects, interior designers and structural engineers to ensure that the complicated planning permission procedure is taken out of our clients' hands. As we have dealt with building control many times, the client can rest assured that any addition to their building will be in full compliance with the latest building regulations.
